LNG GASIFICATION & METERING SKID

LNG Gasification and Metering Skid are designed and developed for remote residential area and towns, small & medium-sized enterprise and large & medium-sized emergency gas peak-shaving station, which integrated on skid mould with process equipments, components, field instruments and control system of LNG gasification station, with simplified process design, convenient transportation, safe installation, economic operation, easy maintenance and good appearance, widely used in urban emergency gas supply, residential gas supply and industrial users.

AMBIENT VAPORIZERS

Ambient vaporizer takes natural convection in the atmospheric environment as heat source, extrude into star finned tube through the thermal conductive aluminum product for heat transfer with cryogenic liquid and vaporize gases with certain temperature, which is an efficient energy saving heat exchange equipment, mainly used in liquefied natural gas(LNG), Liquid oxygen(LOX), liquid nitrogen(LIN), Liquid argon(LAR), liquid carbon dioxide(LCO2), liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), and other low temperature media.

WATER HEATED VAPORIZERS

Water Heated vaporizer utilizes electric heaters, hot water or steam to heat the water in the cylinder, and then to heat low temperature medium within the heat exchange tube of the cylinder, to gasify the gas to a certain temperature, with stable gasification capability during operation, the outlet temperature can be room temperature or set according to the needs of the customer, mainly used in liquefied natural gas(LNG), Liquid oxygen(LOX), liquid nitrogen(LIN), Liquid argon(LAR), liquid carbon dioxide(LCO2), liquefied petroleum gas(LPG), and other low temperature media.
