Russia sets the goal of developing a new hydrogen energy industry

Russian Prime Minister Михаил Владимирович Мишустин approved the hydrogen energy development concept. The document defines the goals, strategic initiatives and key measures for building new industries in Russia. In the next three and a half years, Russia plans to build a hydrogen energy industry cluster and implement pilot projects. By 2050, Russia plans to establish an export-oriented hydrogen energy industry and use new technologies in the Russian economy.
The Beijing Municipal Government issued a notice on the “Beijing Hydrogen Energy Industry Development Implementation Plan (2021-2025)” . According to the plan, Beijing will comprehensively promote the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Hydrogen Energy Vehicle Demonstration City Cluster, 10 application scenario systems covering passenger transportation services, port operations, bulk material transportation, etc. during the Winter Olympics.
